On the morning of November 28, 2024, the 7th Members’ Meeting of the 3rd Session of the Ferry Branch of the China Urban Public Transport Association and the exchange meeting on “Focusing on the Integration of Transportation and Tourism and Promoting Industry Development Together” were successfully held in Nanjing.
The meeting was attended by over 80 people, including Xu Zhongzhi, Chairman of the China Urban Public Transport Association; Zhang Sijiu, President of the Ferry Branch; Vice Presidents Huang Yubin, Cheng Xia, and Zhang Yong; Secretary-General Lu Xuejun; Wu Changli, President of the Ferry Branch of the China Transportation Enterprise Management Association; relevant leaders from the Municipal Public Transport Group; representatives from member companies nationwide; and special guests. Cai Maoyuan, General Manager of Xiamen Hefeng Interactive Technology Co., Ltd., was also invited to attend the meeting as a representative of a member company.
At the meeting, Zhang Sijiu, Chairman of the Ferry Branch of the China Urban Public Transport Association, delivered a "2024 Work Report" to the conference, reporting on how to lead party building to strengthen organizational construction, gather strength to strengthen conference organization, build platforms to strengthen industry exchanges, conduct in-depth research to strengthen the integration of culture and tourism, and promote key tasks in 2025.
And made a "four positive" summary of the association's work content in the coming year, namely, actively carry out research on transportation and tourism integration projects; actively carry out exchanges and discussions on ship technology; actively carry out interactive exchanges with local governments and relevant industry departments of member units to help the development of member units; actively improve the association's organizational construction, continuously optimize the membership structure, and form a good new atmosphere for the association's work.
The meeting conducted in-depth industry discussions around the theme of "Focusing on the integration of transportation and tourism and jointly promoting industry development". After listening to the speeches of 10 units including Nanjing Ferry, Wuhan Liji Ferry, and Xiamen International Cruise Home Port, Xiamen Hefeng Interactive conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions with representatives of each member unit, and exchanged ideas on the "transportation + cultural tourism" model, maritime cultural tourism operation model, new transportation and tourism business formats, etc. Based on their own unique resources, they actively explored research and study cultural tourism paths that are in line with their own development pace.
Focusing on the integration of transportation and tourism and promoting industry development is not only the theme of this conference, but also one of the anchor points for Xiamen Hefeng Interactive's future development.
