Product Overview
Hefonix 6000 Full-Mission Ship Handling Simulator is a next-generation maritime simulation training platform developed under the concept of technological innovation driving the upgrading of teaching and training.It aims to optimize training processes, facilitate the updating of training standards, and enhance the effectiveness of crew training. While providing equipment support for maritime vocational and technical education, the simulators also seeks to promote the digital and intelligent transformation of maritime education, contribute to the cultivation of highly skilled maritime personnel, and reduce maritime accidents caused by human error.

Hefonix 6000 Full-Mission Ship Handling Simulator meets the International Maritime Organization (IMO) performance standards for ship handling simulators and the China Maritime Safety Administration's training syllabus for "Large Ship Handling Simulators" and "Radar/ARPA Simulators." It features a highly immersive visual environment, multi-dimensional functional training, detailed fault simulation, and comprehensive training management. It can be used in the following scenarios:
①Crew Training and Assessment: It meets the requirements for ship handling and collision avoidance, and Bridge Resource Management (BRM) assessments for seafarers, and complies with the performance standards of the Implementation Measures of the "Regulations on Crew Training Management of the People's Republic of China" (Maritime Crew [2019] No. 340);
②It supports the tracking and application verification of emerging maritime technologies;
③Emergency Drills:It simulates fires, groundings, and man-overboard situations, providing coordinated maritime search and rescue scenarios to strengthen emergency response capabilities;
④Civil-Military Integration:Its distributed architecture allows for expanded application in simulated training scenarios such as ship handling and tactical coordination training for the Navy, Coast Guard, and other departments.
Hefonix has been deeply engaged in the field of maritime simulation. Our core team has over 10 years of experience in simulator development, a deep understanding of training standards, and capabilities in customized development and across-domain integration. Furthermore, our experience with hundreds of project deliveries has enabled us to gain insight into our customers' pain points and tailor solutions that address their specific needs. Based on years of project data, we have divided our simulators into four different forms to meet the needs of different clients:

Adhering to the principle of "quality first, integrity as the basis", the company has a strict quality control system. Key equipment (such as engine telegraph, steering wheels, and integrated onboard units) are all marine equipment that meets industrial standards, is moisture-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, and corrosion-resistant, while supporting 24/7 continuous operation. The software has passed 300+ hours of stress testing to ensure system stability. In addition, it offers the following technical advantages:
① Web-based Architecture: Systems such as electronic charts, CONNING, GMDSS, and navigational instrument software are developed using the web, supporting multi-client logins (computer web pages/applications). Students can access their learning remotely, reducing site restrictions.
② High-precision Mathematical Model: The six-degree-of-freedom motion model covers inter-vessel effects, shallow water effects, and shore effects, supporting simulation of various propulsion devices such as fixed-pitch and variable-pitch propellers and water jets.
③ Scene Rendering Technology: The 3D scene utilizes realistic terrain textures and dynamic water effects, with trees swaying in response to wind and waves, and navigation lights and types of target ship complying with the light arc range requirements of the International Regulations for Preventing Collisiond at Sea (COLREGs)

④ Multi-device Integration: Radar simulation includes realistic effects such as co-channel interference and shadow sectors, while the GMDSS system simulates NAVTEX/VHF/MF/HF equipment, ensuring consistent operational logic with real vessels. To meet the needs of diverse customer groups, the company offers a comprehensive one-stop service package, covering the entire pre-sales, sales, and after-sales process.
The services are as follows:
① Pre-sales Service: Site planning (including field of view measurement and equipment layout), custom requirements (such as adding new ship models), and solution verification support.
② In-sales Support: Equipment installation and commissioning (including TV splicing and network deployment), instructor training (software operation and troubleshooting), and assistance with Maritime Administration acceptance inspections.
③ After-sales Service: One-year free warranty (including hardware replacement and software upgrades), 24/7 technical response, and lifetime system optimization recommendations.
