Hefonix-Ice 6000Marine Ice Navigation Simulator, developed by Hefonix based on marine simulator technology, specifically addresses the unique impact of ice thickness on ship maneuverability. It meets the crew training requirements for operations in polar waters as stipulated in the Polar Code and the 2016 Amendment to the STCW Convention. It can be used for specialized training for seafarers, pilots, icebreakers, tugboat crews, and other crew members involved in ice navigation.

* Supports dynamic evolution of various ice conditions: Simulates the physical properties of sea ice of varying thickness and shape, simulating the dynamic interactions of ice cracking, compression, and accumulation during ice navigation.

* Integration of extreme weather and sea conditions: Simulates polar conditions such as heavy snow and dense fog, combining the characteristics of ice reflecting radar echoes to achieve realistic rendering of ice radar clutter and target obstruction (such as iceberg shadows).

* Icebreaking Operation Simulation: Simulates icebreaker operation modes such as "continuous icebreaking," "reverse icebreaking," and "turning icebreaking." Supports mechanical feedback such as bow pressure and ice resistance, reproducing the changes in the ship's posture during icebreaking.

- Multi-Dimensional Risk Assessment and Emergency Drills

* Ice Navigation Risk Warning: Real-time monitoring of collision stress between the ship and ice and the risk of propeller entanglement, providing audible and visual alarms and collision avoidance recommendations.

* Emergency Scenario Simulation: Configurable scenarios such as "ice rescue," "hull ice-induced stability imbalance," and "propulsion system failure" train crew members to activate emergency response plans.

- Full-Element Navigation Instrument Integration

* Ice-Specific Equipment Simulation: Simulates the operating logic of specialized equipment such as thrusters and ice plows, supports equipment fault settings, and enhances equipment management capabilities under complex operating conditions.

Based on the aforementioned ice navigation capabilities, this product can be expanded to include the following:

-Port and Navigation Engineering Research: Optimizes polar port layout by simulating the impact of varying ice conditions on navigation efficiency.

-Smart Ship Verification: Supports testing of autonomous ice avoidance algorithms for polar unmanned vessels, verifying vessel maneuverability in ice using a six-degree-of-freedom motion model.

-Simulates emergencies such as ship entrapment and iceberg collisions to train multi-vessel coordinated rescue command processes, supporting collaboration with search and rescue helicopters and unmanned vessels.
