The simulator complies with Section A-I/12 of the STCW Convention, Schedules A-II/1, A-II/2, and A-II/3 of B-I/12, and the SOLAS Convention. It also complies with the IMO Model Course 1.27, the "Regulations for the Assessment of Competency for Seafarers of the People's Republic of China," and the "Regulations for the Examination, Assessment, and Certification of Competency for Seafarers of the People's Republic of China." It offers the following features:

- Web-based vectorized electronic nautical charts enable detailed display of chart symbols and soundings. Furthermore, it supports multi-platform login, allowing teachers and students to access the simulator directly through various platforms, such as computer applications and web pages, enabling convenient and accurate online teaching and learning. - Using vectorized electronic nautical charts, each chart element is stored in the electronic chart data file as geometric shapes such as points, lines, and surfaces. This system offers advantages such as small storage space, fast display speed, high accuracy, and support for intelligent navigation. It enables real-time chart data updates and vector chart creation.
- Equipped with an Integrated Conning Display function, it displays ship data such as name, call sign, speed, wind speed, and water depth.
- The system's chart data format complies with IHO S-57 (Digital Electronic Chart Data Transmission Standard); the electronic chart display method complies with IHO S-52 (ECDIS Display Performance Standard).

Product Features
It provides the following functions:
- Vectorized electronic nautical charts enable real-time chart data updates and vector chart creation. - Supports accurate display of electronic charts for the training area;
- Realistic background control: Three modes: day, dusk, and night;
- Chart zoom in and out: Allows for arbitrary or fixed zooming;
- Layered display: Displays charts in three layers: basic, standard, and other;
- Polar chart display: Displays electronic charts for areas above 80 degrees latitude using a non-Mercator projection;
- Supports chart display (FM/TM/RM (True Motion Model), NUP/HUP/CUP (Head Up)), chart operations, chart corrections (including landmarks), positioning and navigation, navigation information query, radar image or radar tracked target overlay, route planning, route monitoring, voyage logging, reef avoidance, grounding prevention, and navigation warnings;
- EBL VRM fast radius measurement, alarm list (CPA/TCAPA/chart scales will trigger a warning when zoomed in a certain amount), MOB lifebuoy rescue marker, simulated shipboard sensors (speed monitoring), and real-time updates and display of other vessel lists (AIS data).

-Ship Dynamic Plotting and Query:
* Position Plotting: Plots the simulated vessel on the chart based on its position, course, speed, and heading.
* Position Correction: Manually adjusts the displayed vessel's geographic location.
* Heading/True North/Track Display: Rotates the chart by heading, true north, or track.
* Vessel Information Query: Query basic or configured vessel information.
* CPA Plotting: Draws a circle centered on the own vessel's position and with the target vessel's DCPA as the radius.
