Early summer is serene, midsummer is bustling. If spring is romance and gentleness, then summer is innocence and passion. On July 1st, to better promote communication and cooperation among team members and enhance teamwork, execution, and cohesion, Xiamen Hefonix Interactive Technology Co., Ltd. held a summer outdoor team building activity themed "Uniting Hearts and Minds, Forging Ahead to Create a Glorious Chapter." A variety of team activities allowed everyone to experience the joy of competition and cooperation through games, deeply appreciating the power of teamwork.
This activity was divided into two parts: team building and a self-service barbecue at a farmhouse. The team building activity was conducted in a group competition format, with participants forming "Beyond Team" and "Peak Team." A fun pre-competition warm-up dance, the "Washing Clothes Dance," helped loosen up muscles and bones while allowing members to get to know each other and strengthen camaraderie.

After the warm-up, in the four team competitions, each team worked together, gave their all, and displayed their spirit and style. In the "Untangling the Hand Chain" competition, team members communicated and cooperated effectively, fully utilizing their ingenuity to simplify the complex task and quickly untangle their intertwined arms!
In the "Dragon Ball Relay" competition, participants encouraged each other, competing to complete the relay at their best!
In the "One-Leg Hop" and "Power Train" competitions, team members continuously refined their coordination and worked together, marching in unison towards their goal, accompanied by synchronized chants of "Left, right, left!"
Ultimately, in the four-round team competition, the "Peak Team" won by a narrow margin, while the "Beyond Team" received their own small punishment. The event was filled with laughter and joy, presenting a healthy, positive, and united atmosphere.
After the team-building activities, everyone, with smiles on their faces, eagerly awaited the long-awaited farm-style barbecue. A dazzling array of dishes, including chicken legs, sausages, beef, and corn, was mouthwatering. Everyone worked diligently, showcasing their talents, and amidst the rising smoke, camaraderie grew stronger, and team cohesion increased. Finally, the atmosphere reached its climax as skewers of delicious barbecue were placed on the table.
