On the premise of fully analyzing the needs of the owner, this project selected the construction of a marine engine simulator designed in accordance with the "CCS Steel Ship Construction and Classification Rules" and manufactured with reference to the 1:1 scale simulation of the actual ship.

This simulator combines the actual production of professional positions, meets the requirements of teaching and experimental training, and is suitable for training and examination of marine engineering and technology colleges for fishing vessels and inland ships.
This simulator has reached the domestic leading and internationally advanced level in terms of overall design, power plant and construction technology, and meets the following relevant specifications:
(1) Meet the "competency assessment items" and "ability to conduct continuous proficiency demonstration" requirements stipulated in the International Maritime Organization (IMO) International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) (78/95).
(2) Meet the "automated power station training" and "automated system training" requirements stipulated in the "Implementation Measures for the Provisions of the STCW 78/10 Convention" of the Chinese Maritime Department.
(3) Meet the "Rules for Examination, Assessment and Issuance of Seafarer Competency Certificates" and the corresponding "Marine Engine Simulator Training Assessment Specifications".

The advantages are as follows:
(1) In order to solve the problem of the engine simulator having many parts and difficult installation, our company adopts modular installation and wiring to effectively improve the efficiency of installation and after-sales maintenance;
(2) In the process of communication between the upper computer and the lower computer, we abandoned the traditional serial bus and adopted RJ45 network cable, and switched to socket communication, which has higher communication efficiency;
(3) The software innovatively adopts the web and C++ mixed programming mode, which not only improves the software development efficiency but also has the functional integrity, thereby improving the development efficiency and accuracy and ensuring the quality of software development.

(4) The construction of the three-dimensional model of the fishing vessel main engine adopts WebGL development, which has a greater efficiency advantage compared with the traditional C++ three-dimensional project.
(5) This project has a large dynamic simulation screen, which uses international colors to represent the flow medium of various pipelines, with the advantages of beautiful graphics, clear graphics, and simple operation.
